Pollyann Butler
As 50% partner in Puget Sound Glow Co, Pollyann has been instrumental in getting Puget Sound Glow Co launched and operating smoothly. Pollyann is also a partner in Tacoma Sign Company. Her focus has been customer relations and
execution in the delivery of product and services.
After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, where she was able to help the Lutes tennis team go to the National Championship for 4 straight years, Pollyann spent 19 years in the world of education (Charles Wright Academy and Gig Harbor High School). She coached men's and women's tennis at the High School level.
Pollyann just recently became a Grandmother (G-Ma!) and in addition to family, her hobbies are tennis, skiing, Bible fellowship groups, labrador retriever dogs, and boating.
Jim Butler
Jim is the other 50% partner in Puget Sound Glow Co and also serves as a 50% partner in Tacoma Sign Company and the 100% owner of Business Growth Resource. He’s passionate about helping people celebrate significant milestones and views his role in Puget Sound Glow Co as both rewarding and meaningful.
Jim earned a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. Over the course of his career, he has been deeply involved in the graphics and events industries, starting, acquiring, and selling numerous businesses. He is also a certified Gravitas Business Coach.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys tennis, hockey, boating, woodworking, and spending time with family.
